- Service Provision: We aim to provide a continuous high-speed connection. However, periodic maintenance or unforeseen technical local issues may cause temporary interruptions.
- Usage Policy: “Unlimited” plans are subject to our Fair Usage Policy (FUP) to ensure network integrity for all users. Commercial redistribution of residential plans is strictly prohibited.
- Equipment: Any ONT/Router provided by Unilink remains the property of Daan Communications Private Limited unless purchased upfront.
- Billing: Subscriptions are prepaid. To avoid disconnection, please ensure renewals are processed before the expiry date.
